How can I insure that I am getting the product I want?

Because of the thousands upon thousands or artworks we have within the International Center for Primitive Arts, we delineate code number for each piece of artwork for better monitoring and easier tracking. By doing this, we are able to send you order more efficiently and more securely.

It is important that our clients understand that because each item is hand crafted, each item can often appear unique. We cannot insure that an exact replica of the artwork is made, but it is our duty to strive to make sure the item you receive is not only satisfying, but also parallel to your interests.

How do I pay for my artworks?

We accept check or money order through the mail. (See box below concerning internet transactions).

Why can't I order over the Internet?

     We at the International Center for Primitive Arts feel that our first priority is to make sure that we offer to you the safest, most efficient, and most dependable Internet shopping experience possible. In order to ensure the safest and most dependable transaction for our customers, we do not accept credit card. We want to avoid storing credit card numbers within an Internet database; databases that are often vulnerable to attacks by credit card hackers. We feel that it is our duty to keep our customers safe from the over-whelming number of credit card fraud incidents that occur each and every day. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope that your trust in our integrity will make up for this minor inconvenience.
